Canal front and walking distance to the beach! CASA AZUL easily sleeps 8 with lots of outdoor living on 3 levels. Located in the desirable Sea Isle neighborhood with community pool and amazing canal views. This beautifully remodeled home is peaceful and relaxing boasting shades of aqua, blue and neutral tones. Guests can enjoy both boating (with access on the canal) or a day at the beach within a short walk. Boat lift is available with owner approval on a case by case basis. For those nights you decide to dine in, you can cook your fresh catch of the day in the fully equipped chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a nearby table that seats 6. Everything you need to prepare and cook your meal can be found in the custom cabinets. There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable sleeping for two in each and a sleeper sofa in the living room. About that living room.......sink back into the comfy furniture to enjoy a movie or your favorite tv show at the end of a day on the water. There are two full baths; one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub-shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom for added convenience during your stay. Beneath the home is shaded and a perfect place for that summer cook-out.  There's even a picnic table for your outside dining or a fun game of dominoes! The upstairs deck also offers great views and a place to relax. There are 2 cameras on the exterior of the property that currently aren't live. 

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT: 25. - A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50.00 non-refundable fee for the second pet. 50 lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. 

**Optional Sea Isle Amenities Fee (not included in rental rate):  $100/week for up to 10 guests in a reservation. Passes can not be purchased once the Sea Isle POA office closes at 5:00 PM on Friday and they are not open on the weekends or holidays. If you choose to purchase a pool pass, please contact office prior to arrival.
