DRIVE ON BEACH: Check it out! Take a right from the Victorian, 8 min. south. Easy Beaching with your vehicle. Beach Access signs, choose from 9-16.
2 LAUNDRY ROOMS: 1st floor, our building, at the ocean end and under the Victorian Office.
BEACH CART: for groceries, unload vehicle, beach use and pool.
BEACH BOX: on the balcony, 3 boogie boards, lots of beach toys and 3 mesh back packs for toys.
GAMES: big bag of games for all ages and Karaoke machine.
BALCONY: 2 umbrellas, (1 for beach use), colored solar lights, 2 electrical sockets, 6 chairs, 2 tables. Great Ocean View!
BEDROOM COMFORT: Smart TV on wall, 2 dressers, vanity, ceiling fan, small fans on dresser, clothes hooks, shoe rack and USB ports on touch lamps.

FUN PANTRY: George Forman Grill, blender, crock pot, waffle iron. Cupcake and popcorn. S'mores makers. Coffee machine, 2 toasters, can opener and a stocked kitchen.

Includes: parking pass, amenity bands, entry codes into property gates and pools. Office open 7am to 11pm, no cash please. Vehicles must be registered with The Victorian, as they reserve the right to tow any unregistered vehicles.
DOWN THE SEAWALL: you'll find go-carts, bikes, scooters, antique cars, kayaking, boats, ski jets, sailing and more to rent. Plus, parachuting. Miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, Pleasure Pier with Bubba Gump's, local movie theater and TONS more.
