The room also features a twin-sized bunk bed, making it perfect for small families or groups of friends. Our condo is located at Maravilla, a resort-style community with unparalleled amenities. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Maravilla is one of only a few "pet-friendly" properties in Galveston. And your furry family members are welcome. Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $100 plus 15% tax Pet limit is up to 25 lbs. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed. Open to Long Term Rentals in Off Season. Call for special rates
***Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla. THE ACTUAL UNIT IS NOT UNDER CONSTRUCTION! ***
***The pool construction will begin on November 14th. The Resort Pool area (hot tub, kiddie pool, resort pool) will be CLOSED until next year. The heated pool will remain open.***
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
