A quick walk to the beach! 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath unit. There's a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. If you choose to dine at the condo, there is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar. This unit directly overlooks the pool. Relax in the queen size bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom provides plenty of extra room for more guests with another queen size bed. There are also hall bunks and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Towels and sheets are provided.
The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at SHORE THING! Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. There's an exercise room overlooking the Gulf.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance, you'll find go-carts, miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around.
