Great views! Sister condo to the Dancing Mermaid for that large family and friends get together. Washer & Dryer in unit. Coastal relaxing colors and decor. Unit sleeps 6 with two kings beds and overhead twins (bunks) in the secondary bedroom. Beautiful open kitchen with breakfast bar and all of the amenities of home including full size appliances......even a wine rack to store your evening enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots & pans, glasses, coffee maker (both drip and Keurig) and cooking utensils. Towels and sheets are provided by our partner linen service.
The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Salty Mermaid. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. There's free internet in the lobby and an exercise room overlooking the Gulf.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Within walking distance of Dancing Mermaid, you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater.
