The balcony is the best part!
It offers beautiful views of the resort pool, picnic areas and even has a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf.
The first floor balconies offer a little more space than the 2nd and 3rd floors. This is a great place to sit and listen to the summer pool sounds during the day, or the waves rolling in at night.
IThe on-site gym is located on the first floor near the Maravilla front office. It has full views of the Gulf.
There are several picnic tables throughout the complex, as well as numerous barbecue pits for guests to enjoy.
The resort pool and the east side pool both have tons of seating and lounging areas. Catch those rays and then take a dip in the cool water.
The main resort pool has nice covered bar area for added shade, or a place to pull set up the lunch spread and snacks.
The entrance to the Maravilla is easy to find and is located a short distance after Magic Carpet Golf.
Grab the family and friends for an afternoon game of volleyball. The net is set up in the green space near the resort pool.
One of the things Maravilla Condos is known for is the beautiful landscaping, which includes a relaxing waterfall.
The Maravilla Condos is located directly on Seawall Blvd. across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Maravilla Condos offers three pools...the large resort pool, a smaller children's pool, and the east side pool (which is heated in the cooler months).
There is plenty of seating and chase lounges by the pools.

Maravilla has pet friendly units (based on owner approval) and the complex is equipped with a large dog park.

DON'T WORRY, BEACH HAPPY! Relax at this 1BR/1BA unit at the Maravilla overlooking the pool. A quick walk to the beach! The unit sleeps 6 with hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. There's a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. If you choose to dine at the condo, there is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or dine al fresco using the comfortable outdoor furniture. This unit directly overlooks the pool and is decorated with beachy wall art. Towels and sheets are provided. Free Wi-Fi and DishTV. Pet Friendly with approval.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
