It offers beautiful views of the resort pool, picnic areas and even has a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf.
The first floor balconies offer a little more space than the 2nd and 3rd floors. This is a great place to sit and listen to the summer pool sounds during the day, or the waves rolling in at night.
Maravilla has pet friendly units (based on owner approval) and the complex is equipped with a large dog park.

DON'T WORRY, BEACH HAPPY! Relax at this 1BR/1BA unit at the Maravilla overlooking the pool. A quick walk to the beach! The unit sleeps 6 with hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. There's a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. If you choose to dine at the condo, there is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or dine al fresco using the comfortable outdoor furniture. This unit directly overlooks the pool and is decorated with beachy wall art. Towels and sheets are provided. Free Wi-Fi and DishTV. Pet Friendly with approval. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at DON'T WORRY, BEACH HAPPY! Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Within walking distance, you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater.
