Kish, Jay, and Shirin Kanji started Impact Holdings in 1980 with the purchase of a 34-room motel in Gainesville, FL. Since then, the family-run hospitality business has grown into a diversified portfolio with locations across the southeast. With vast experience spanning hotel, retail, and home services, their roots remain roughly grounded in hospitality. This includes hotel management for several prestigious brands, such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.
For the Kanji family, entering the vacation rental industry felt like the natural next step. Their profound expertise has provided deep appreciation for serving guests with care, consistency, and excellence.
