Please Note: Our condo building will be undergoing a roof replacement until the middle of October. We anticipate minimal disruptions, with any noises occurring only during normal working hours. The open-concept floor plan gives you plenty of space to move around, and you'll be mesmerized by the stunning ocean view. Wake up each morning to the sound of the waves and enjoy a cup of coffee and "a moment" from your beachfront balcony. Your family will love spending time at the beach and pool, and you'll appreciate the expansive lawn with picnic tables for a sunny outdoor lunch, not to mention the game room outfitted with a pool table and arcade games. Here are the features of the 890 sq ft, third-floor, oceanview unit:
- A SITTING AREA that has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give direct access to the patio and allow the natural sunlight to permeate the space. The space features a comfy sofa, 2 armchairs with ottomans to kick your feet up, a flat-screen TV with cable channels + Showtime, a coffee table, and end tables that create a super comfortable place to rest and recharge between activities.
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you’ll need to prepare homemade dishes if you choose to eat at home. There’s a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
- A BREAKFAST BAR with 2 chairs in the kitchen for keeping the cook company, a quick snack, or it can be used as a comfy place to work on your laptop if needed.
- A stylish DINING TABLE that can comfortably seat 4 guests for sit-down meals at home.
- A PRIVATE OCEAN VIEW BALCONY with a table and chairs for enjoying the sea breeze while eating, drinking, or just relaxing!

There's a GAME ROOM on the main floor common area that you have access to with a pool table, some arcade games, and there's a SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM in the building on the ground floor that you can use for a fee of $2.50 per load wash and $2.50 per load dry.

Guest Access
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment. Plus, access to the common areas and amenities at the Oceania Beach Club condo complex. The complex is wheelchair-accessible (ramps & elevators).

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
There are security cameras inside and outside the building facing public areas only. There are none inside the apartments.
Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed.  Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per unit. We have no control over towing.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 9AM - 6PM Sunday-Thursday, 9AM - 9PM Friday & Saturday.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
