This home is also equipped with a new HVAC system, which adds an extra bit of comfort in this tropic environment! Guest's will enjoy AC in each bedroom, as well as the living area and kitchen.
It's very common for the island to have power outages! Palladio's View is equipped with backup Tesla Powerwall battery storage and solar panels to maintain all systems (except hot tub and AC) while the local power grid is down. There will be no refund for power loss.
