Exit the back of the building, turn the corner, and you are already in line for a cone at Ice Cream Alley. If you enjoy being able to walk from your vacation home to get coffee, go shopping, swimming, boating, drinking or eating, then this spot is for you. You cannot beat this location in downtown McCall.
Downtown Lofts 203 and 205 are combined together to make this 4 bedroom retreat that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each loft has a Master bedroom with king bed, a bunk room with a twin over full, and each living room has a comfy queen size sofa sleeper - the ideal setting for families or groups of friends traveling together.
Both units are equipped with full kitchens, mini-split air conditioning units, Wi-Fi, and each have a washer and dryer! This is the property you've been looking for!
The units do not share a wall, but they do connect via the hallways on both the East and West sides of the building. You can walk out of one loft, take three steps across the hall, and enter the other loft - incredible for groups who want to be together, but also want their privacy.

These are two separate condos that are reserved as one unit.
The condos are located on the second floor, and this building has no elevator access. The interior stairwell is well-lit and secure.
No smoking. No pets. No parties. No events. No fireworks.
There is parking in a parking lot behind the unit. Guests are responsible for reading street signs and parking accordingly. Please be aware, there is absolutely NO STREET PARKING overnight in winter months.
Guest vehicles parked overnight on the street during winter months will be towed – please park in the parking lot behind the building.
A public boat and trailer parking lot is located across from the Mile High Marina for guests with trailers.
This home does not have a BBQ.
This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
