This beautifully maintained home is in a quiet residential neighborhood minutes from Ft. Jackson, USC, and Downtown, you can't beat the location of this modern home. Complete with everything you need for a short or long-term stay: fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, parking, high speed WiFi, TV, and Roku. Relax in the den, spend time with the family on the screened porch, or crash on our memory foam mattresses.

The space
The house has off-street driveway and a garage, but there is no street parking so please do not bring more than 3x vehicles to the house. As you enter the house, you come into a great open-concept common space for fellowshipping with friends and family. The house features 3x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms. The main floor has a king bed and a full size futon with en-suite. There is also a second bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and access to the hallway full bath. Upstairs is a large bedrooms where we have put 2x full beds a futon, perfect for the kids or friends! The upstairs bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom and functions as a second master. The kitchen is fully furnished and opens to an open concept living/dining space with a 6-seater table and a comfy couches. We also have a 50-in TV hooked up to WiFi and Roku so that you can watch all of your favorite Netfilx and Hulu shows. The living area opens to a screened porch with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

You will have access and solo use of the full house!

The neighborhood
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We love our neighbors and ask that you respect them by not having parties and by ensuring there is no loud music after 20:30.

Getting around
Our house is in a great residential neighborhood, but unfortunately doesn’t have the best public transportation, so we recommend that you either plan to drive or take a taxi/Lfyt/Uber. If you have questions about coordinating transportation, we are always happy to help and make recommendations

Other things to note
***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Please let us know if you would like a long-term stay. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with guests
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
