The living room has beautiful natural light and mountain views. It also has a cozy couch and chair, a lovely fireplace, and a large TV for movie nights after a long sun-filled day at the beach!
The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you need to create a delicious meal for your family. The dining table seats four, and there is a beautiful patio with a grill and more seating for that indoor-outdoor Santa Barbara beach feel with amazing mountain views.
Both bedrooms are spacious with Queen beds, end-tables, ceiling fans, plenty of closet space, and beautiful new floors. The primary bedroom has a large flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a bathroom just outside the bedroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. This room also has sliding doors out to a large patio with great seating and magical views.
The duplex laundry room, and with just one parking space (possibly two small cars, tandem style), you can leave your car behind and walk everywhere.
