Summerwoods is a gated community with each guest having their own driveway to park one car. This ground-floor townhouse has all new furniture and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen also boasts a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster oven/convection oven. The back screened-in concrete porch has a bistro table with two chairs. The guest bedroom is towards the front of the townhome and has one full over full bunk bed and twin trundle. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower next door to the guest bedroom, not connected. The primary bedroom is towards the back of the townhome (off of the living room) and has one queen size bed with a large primary bathroom attached. The main bath has a step-down walk-in shower. Things to Know There is a short 0.4-mile walk on pathway to get to the beach. There are two beach chairs and one beach umbrella with a sand base screw available There is an active surveillance camera on site. There is a Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room (and Amazon Prime movies)
