High Tide is a five-bedroom home designed for comfort and functionality. As you enter, you’ll find a queen bedroom on both the left and right sides of the entry. Continuing down the hallway, there is a full bathroom on the right and a king ensuite bedroom on the left. The main level then opens into a welcoming living room, dining area, and primary kitchen, creating a central space for gathering. Downstairs, the lower level features a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed, along with a nearby full bathroom. There is also an additional bedroom with a full bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. This level includes another full bathroom and a secondary living/dining area with a kitchenette, providing added flexibility for guests.
Moontide, located to the right, offers a complementary layout with strong lake-focused living spaces. Upon entering, a bunk room sits to the right, featuring two twin-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk, along with a futon-style sleeper that converts to a full bed. Just down the hall on the right is a queen bedroom, also equipped with a futon sleeper. On the left side of the hallway is a full bathroom serving the upper level, followed by a king ensuite bedroom with lake views and a private bathroom. Across the hall on the lake side is another queen bedroom, also with a futon sleeper. The lower level of Moontide is dedicated to shared living, with the main living room, dining area, and kitchen all located downstairs, along with direct access to the deck and lake—making it a natural hub for gathering and enjoying the waterfront.
Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines
