• Hot Tub overlooking the lake on the upper deck, plus seating on the lower Deck w/ Beautiful Lake Views
• Dining Indoors & Outdoors, with Gas Grill, Blackstone, and outdoor seating and screened room, plus a full eat-in kitchen.
• Large private concrete dock in a quiet cove with Swim Platform w/ Dock Seating (3) and Swim essentials such as wet steps swim ladder, Swim Mat, Life Jackets, and (2) Kayaks, fish cleaning station, and mini fridge w/ freezer.
• 12 x 30 Covered Boat Slip w/ 6,000-pound pontoon lift, and Room to tie up a boat on the West side of the dock (uncovered)
• 12 x 12 covered wave runner slip with one waver runner lift and room to slip one more. There is room to tie up two more wave runners uncovered for a total of 4.
• Family-friendly amenities such as Pack n Play, Highchair, Children/Toddler Dishes, Outlet Covers, Toddler/Baby Gate, Children's Books & games, and Potty Seat
