There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pools/spa.
The spa will not warm up without the added pool heat.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 10 cars per property.

We are pleased to offer two clubhouses at Championsgate Resort- this property is located closest to the Oasis Clubhouse
