In the warmer months, relax on the expansive deck, fire up the grill, or unwind in the private hot tub under the stars. Enjoy easy access to fantastic hiking trails, ideal for exploring the stunning natural beauty of the Sierra Nevada mountains. For summer escapades, it's just a short drive to North Lake Tahoe's finest beaches, perfect for sun-soaked days and water activities. And when winter arrives, embrace nearby world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities. With its ideal location and cozy comforts, 'All Decked Out' promises an unforgettable vacation experience, no matter the season.

Main Level:
- Kitchen: Microwave, Oven, Stove Top, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker
- Dining Room: Can seat up to 6 - 8.
- Living Room: Seating for 6-8 with flat screen tv and woodburning fireplace.  
- Bedroom #1: Queen that can sleep 2.
- Bedroom #2: Queen that can sleep 2.
- Bathroom: Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo
- Laundry Room: Washer and dryer available for guest use.
Upper Level:
- Bedroom #3: 4 Twins, sleeps 1 person each. 
- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Loft Space with additional seating and table. 
Lower Level:
- Bedroom #4: 1 Queen Bed sleeps 2.

Parking:
- Driveway: Parking for up to 4 vehicles depending on snow conditions. Precautions should be taken during icy conditions such as blocking tires to prevent sliding.
- No Garage.

Policies and disclosures
- This property does not allow pets; service animals are an exception. 
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe. 
- On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Check out the Short-Term Rental Fact Sheet for more information.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
- A 12% occupancy tax is applied to all bookings, supporting local services and development.
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules).  Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
