The following information enclosed is provided to help you prepare for your vacation.            <br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>DELIBERATE DAMAGES<\/strong> WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD OR CASH DEPOSIT ON FILE WITH CASAGO SAN CARLOS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR DEPARTURE. Deductions will be made for missing kitchen, linen, and decoration items, as well as for property damage. Deductions will also be made for lights and A\/C-heat units left on and for windows and doors left open or unlocked.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nNOTE . IF CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OCCURS, THE RESERVATION HOLDER WILL BE THE CARDHOLDER AND THE ONLY ONE TO RECEIVE KEYS OF THE RESERVED PROPERTY PRIOR SHOWING OFFICIAL I.D. TO SIGN CHECK IN PAPERS IN YOUR ARRIVAL.<br \/>\nREMEMBER TO BUY MEXICAN INSURANCE, INFORMATION AT <span style=\"color:#0000ff;\">https:\/\/casago.com\/san-carlos\/<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/>\n \n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME<\/strong><br \/>\n <\/div>\nCheck in is <strong>4:00 PM. <\/strong>Check out is <strong>11:00 AM.<\/strong> Fee for late check-out is $20.00 USD per hour with prior authorization. From 3:00 PM on, the whole following night will be charged.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>CASAGO SAN CARLOS SCHEDULES AND LOCATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nIf you plan to arrive out of our schedules, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs, there is a $20.00 dlls charge for any late check-in (after 5:00 pm).<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>OCCUPANCY<\/strong><br \/>\nEach rental that we manage is designed to sleep a specific number of people. This number is noted on your paid confirmation notice. You will lose your damage deposit and be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental. 1bd units are for 2 persons, 2bd units are for 4 persons and 3bd units are for 6 persons. In case the property has a sofa bed in the living room, you may add 2 children under 12 years old with no extra charge or 2 adults that will have an extra charge at check-in time.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>PAYMENT<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\nA fifty percent down payment is required for the reservation. If your reservation is within ten (10) business days of your arrival date, payment in full is required.  We take credit card, transfer or cash.  We accept VISA & Master Card. Please carry on with you the plastic card with you made the first payment, it will be necessary to present it in your check-in.<br \/>\n <br \/>\n<strong>CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\n* If a cancellation is made more than 10 days before arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee of $100.00 USD. At that time we will send you a refund of your reservation less the $100.00 USD cancellation fee.<br \/>\n* If cancellation is less than 10 days before arrival date, there will be no refunds.<br \/>\n* No refunds for canceled holiday date reservations.<br \/>\n* Please note: There are no refunds for early departures<br \/>\n<br \/>\nFor Long Terms rentals (30 days or more): If cancellation is made 3 months prior to check in date, a charge of half of the advance payment will be charge. If Cancellation is made less than 3 months prior to check in date, no advance payment will be refunded. <br \/>\n<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>REBOOKING: <\/strong><br \/>\nThere is a $35.00 USD rebooking fee per change of dates or condo size. Rebooking is only allowed as long as the changes are requested more than 20 days before the original scheduled arrival date. Rebooking is allowed a maximum of 3 times as long as each rebooking is requested more than 20 days prior to the registered arrival date. <br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong>THE RENTALS WE MANAGE ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are sorry; there will be no refunds if the condominium does not fulfill your expectations. Each owner has furnished their rental in a fashion expected to meet the requirements of rental guests. If you stay in a rental that did not meet your requirements, please let us know. Likewise, if you enjoyed your stay and would like to request the same rental in the future, please let us know, and we will forward this information to the owner.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<strong> <br \/>\nSECURITY<\/strong>: Casago Reservations and the Owner of the property you reserved, don’t assume any liability for any accident, injuries, loss of life, theft, etc you could have or result in the rental property, please take care of your family  and yourself. <br \/>\n <br \/>\n<strong>TOWEL SUPPLY<\/strong><br \/>\nThe towels in your condo are for your own use and they will not be replaced during your stay, for which we thank you in advance for using them appropriately.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPlease feel free to contact our reservations offices if you have any questions;
