\nWe offer our guests the opportunity to provide essential information in advance. This includes\u00a0guests’ names, license plate numbers, and a selfie with a picture ID of your\u00a0driver’s license through our Guest Ranger Email.

\nThis will also be included in our confirmation letter. Completing this information in advance will help speed up the process at check-in, and your time spent in our lobby will be reduced by half.

No hot water?<\/b><\/h3>\n

 
\nThere is a switch located inside the laundry room, usually next to the water heater (please flip to ON and wait at least 15 minutes before checking again for hot water).

What do the doors and windows have to do with the air conditioning system? <\/b><\/h3>\n

A\/C System Performance<\/b>
\n <\/p>\n

In order for the A\/C system to stay on and work in optimal condition, please make sure all sliding glass doors, windows, and front doors are completely closed. These all have sensors that automatically shut off the A\/C system when opened. If an A\/C service is called for and the issue is due to misuse of doors or windows, the renter will be charged for the service call.
\n <\/p>\n

Looking for beach towels?<\/b><\/h3>\n

 
\nIf not immediately visible upon entry to the condo, beach towels can be found in the condo\u2019s linen closet or laundry closet. Please DO NOT return these towels to the poolside kiosk. Make sure to bring the towels back to the condo after every use and leave them in the condo at the end of your stay. An additional fee will be charged (per towel) for towels not returned to the condo before check-out.

Use of the Gym<\/b><\/h3>\n

 
\nFor your convenience, a key to access the gym can be found next to the internet router. Please return key to the condo after using the gym and leave it on <\/span>the kitchen bar upon departure.\u00a0 <\/span>A fee will be charged if the key is missing\/not returned to the condo before check-out.<\/p>\n
