**PREMIUM** This beautiful 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo is in the most luxurious resort in Puerto Peñasco, the Sonoran Sky. If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, this is the unit for you.  This is a modern unit with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez, including the now-famous Rocky Point sunsets. You will love falling asleep while listening to the gentle crashing of the waves on Sandy Beach. The resort has 3 pools with one not only being heated you can also swim up to the Tiki bar. There is also 3 hot tubs and a waterslide for children. 

This condo will easily and comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 small children. This tastefully decorated three-bedroom suite is located on the 6th floor.  The accent colors throughout this suite are blue and gray contrasting perfectly with the furniture. 

The living room set has two dark gray leather couches with one having a queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress.  There is a large mirror behind the sofa and a matching coffee table sits in the middle with a beautiful area rug under it. Right across is an entertainment center made of dark wood with a wall-mounted 65” Smart LCD television. The unit has its own private high-speed internet connection.  This kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, granite backsplash, the cabinets are made of quality dark wood including a pantry.  The appliances are all stainless steel and include, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and Keurig.  You will find this kitchen to have a gourmet spice rack, a set of knives, blender. and a chilled water cooler. There is even a wine fridge for you wine connoisseurs. There is also a dining room table with eight chairs. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy the ocean views from the master bedroom that includes a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a 9-drawer dresser with 2 matching nightstands. The room includes a 55” Smart TV.  The king-size bed is covered with a blue, gray, and white striped bedspread. The bathroom also has a jacuzzi tub for you to relax. Walk out to the patio from the bedroom and enjoy your panoramic view of Sandy Beach and Sea of Cortrez.

The 2nd bedroom suite contains a king size bed with a dresser and two matching nightstands. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom. This bedroom has a private full-size bathroom. The 3^rd bedroom also has a king size bed with full size dresser, matching nightstands as well as a Smart TV.

On the terrace, the patio furniture includes a love seat and two chairs all with overstuffed cushions and a matching dining table that seats 6.  

NOTE:  There is a designated BBQ area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children.  (Charcoal is not included, but can be purchased at the onsite convenience store). Beach towels are not provided.
