Beautiful, luxurious, and completely furnished 2BR/2BA condo that is directly on the beach! Sleeps 8 people. Steps away from the water with stunning ocean views of the Sea of Cortez from its 5th floor, spacious patio balcony. Located on Sandy Beach at the wonderful Sonoran Sun resort.
Features of the Condominium:
Bedroom #1 is a master suite with a resort quality king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper, and its own TV. The bedroom has a large closet, and a private master bathroom with a beautiful, large, travertine shower. Bedroom #2 includes a resort quality queen size bed with its own TV and an oversized walk-in closet. There is a full separate bathroom across the hallway. Both bathrooms include hotel-style hair dryers, soap and fresh towels ready for our guests.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and offers lots of seating space with a grand 75" TV. The dinette area is next to the fully equipped kitchen. An espresso/cappuccino maker, Keurig machine and a regular drip-coffee pot are included for your convenience. There is a coffee grinder also, just bring your favorite coffee! A washer and dryer is located in the utility room, an iron and mini ironing board are included as well.
Free parking is available on site inside the 24-hr security gate. Resort amenities include a Gym/Fitness Center, tennis courts, BBQ area, convenience store, SPA, and restaurant downstairs. There are three beautiful swimming pools, a swim-up bar, along with two hot tubs. One pool and both hot tubs are heated year-round! Beach access and beach front palapas are only steps away.
