You have chosen to stay at the Princessa de Penasco, the crown jewel of Sandy Beach. The buildings of this resort have rounded Old World Mexican architecture with a yellow color that circle around in the shape of an arc to create a lovely center courtyard. The court yard is made up of palm tree shaded grass areas and red brick walkways lined with exotic flowers. The resort has three separate swimming pools, a heated Jacuzzi and several beach front sunbathing chairs with palm tree covered umbrellas. The resort also offers an ocean front fitness center with a sand volleyball court across the way. After a long day at the beach you can quench your thirst at the colin's cantina and maybe munch on their homemade chips and salsa. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of the E Tower. This condo is located ocean front with accommodations for 4 people; 2 in each bedroom. The living area is furnished with a crushed velvet brown sofa and matching arm chair. The furniture suite includes a stereo, large TV, Cable, DVD and VCR. You can easily stay in contact with friends and family back home because the condo comes with a Vonage phone line as well as high speed wireless internet. The dining room is furnished with a wall mounted art deco framed mirror, glass top console table and a round glass top dining table with seating for four guests. You can casually dine at the breakfast bar off the kitchen or use the bar as a serving station. The kitchen is loaded with all the items needed to make cooking a breeze. In the master bedroom there is a King size dark alder wood bed with Asian inspired floral bedding. The room has two wood night stands and a dresser equipped with a TV and DVD player. The room has a bay window with a double door closet. The attached master bathroom has a single sink vanity with another mirrored door closet on the opposite side. The private bathroom has a tub, shower and commode. In the 2nd guest bedroom there is a King size bed with a slatted oak wood head board and red floral bedding. The hall bathroom has a walk in shower with a single sink vanity and a commode. The terrace is furnished with a glass top table that has a black metal frame and four matching beige cushioned chairs. The terrace is the perfect venue to have a delicious meal and watch the sunrise or set over the Sea of Cortez. You may also want to sit out there at night with a cool cocktail and listen to the sounds made by the tide. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
