A small on-site convenience store is available for those last-minute items.  Being an end unit, there is also an additional sidewall patio door with a French balcony overlooking the gorgeous interior landscaped grounds of Princesa!  For your relaxation and convenience, this home also provides dedicated INTERNET for your WiFi-enabled devices.  This living room features a 58’’ SMART LED flat-screen television, DVD player and cable television with over 100 channels. 

The windows in each bedroom feature blackout shades, the 2 patio doors feature full-length blackout curtains.  Let the gorgeous view pour in from all sides, or if you wish to grab a ‘siesta’, use the curtains.  For your comfort, there is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and each bedroom.  Should you need to wash your clothes, beach towels or your beachwear, a full laundry is provided with washer and dryer, plus ironing board and iron.  The large outside patio has cushioned seating, ceiling fan and has a "reach out and touch" view of the sea of Cortez.  One of the 3 large swimming pools and children’s pool is also directly outside …. A great way to keep an eye on the kids while lounging on your own private patio.  Steps away are the private sandy beach with loungers, palapa’s, beach volleyball, freshwater showers and miles of public beach for endless beachcombing, shelling and tide pool exploring!
