Casa Tres Amigas is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Las Conchas. Oceanview with accommodations for up to 8 guests. Great beach area is down the hill from this home.
Lovely beach-style home painted bright white with touches of local tile work.
Comfy oversized sofa and chairs are at the center of the living space. Lots of windows bring the beach inside! On the wall across from the seating area is the entertainment center with satellite TV and VCR. You will find many books here. Modern kitchen with granite counter and stainless appliances. Blender, mixer, coffee maker, and microwave are all here. Plenty of seating around the kitchen island.
Wrought iron and wood-framed King bedsit in the master bedroom. There is a large closet with a dresser. The attached updated master bathroom has a walk-in shower, single mirrored sink vanity, and a commode. You can get to the patio through a set of sliding glass doors off the bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with an arched wicker headboard and coastal patterned bedding. The wall above the bed is adorned with starfish and seashells and a lighted bedside table is on the right side of the bed. The room includes a dresser and a large double mirrored door closet. The room has a window that looks out to the ocean and a chair where you can relax with a book while you listen to the sounds of the waves crashing. The room also has a set of sliding glass doors that open to the patio.
The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds with baby blue and navy blue striped bedding sets. The walls are adorned with complimenting art prints and a lighted bedside table
The updated hall bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with a single mirrored sink vanity and a commode.
The home comes with a fully furnished patio as well as a charcoal BBQ where you can grill up the fresh catch of the day and then eat it outside while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The home is just a short walk from the sun, sand, and surf. This home comes with a centra AC, a mini-split in the master bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. The home also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
