 At the Princessa de Penasco, you will be greeted with red brick walkways trimmed with green grass and vibrantly colorful flowers. Each of the red brick pathways leads to each of the Princessa towers. The Princess has a handful of refreshing swimming pools, or maybe you prefer to lay on the beach and splash in the ocean all things are possible when you stay at the Princessa. You could socialize with neighbors at the common area BBQ’s or meet for drinks at Collin's Cantina. If you are a fitness nut then you will really appreciate the fitness center in the middle of the complex. You can get a workout and have a view of the ocean. The resort also has a sand volleyball court that is very popular among guests.

  The property is very safe and secure because there are security guards on staff 24 hours a day. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom premium units are located on the ground level of the C Tower. The condo can accommodate 4 guests; 2 in each of the bedrooms. As you enter the condo you will notice how warm and inviting it is. The walls are painted a soft yellow and in the living room, you will find a dark orange sofa set with an armchair, coffee table, green plants, and a TV stand. The TV stand has a DVD, VCR, and a CD player. The condo comes with cable television and wireless internet so you can receive emails and upload pictures. You can get to the patio through the doors in the living room. The dining room has an oval-shaped maple wood table with seating for 6. The dining room has a tall faux palm tree which really adds to the tropical feel of the room. The kitchen has white and black appliances with ceramic tiled countertops and painted white cabinets. In the kitchen, everything but the food and drink is provided. There are three black metal framed bar stools with gray seat cushions butted up to the kitchen counter bar. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a dark mahogany wood arched headboard and striped floral bedding. The wall behind the bed is painted bright yellow while the other walls remain white. The room has a set of mahogany wood bedside tables both with lamps for reading. The room has a window that looks out to the ocean with a small closet on each side. The window has a small closet below for luggage and shoes. The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with a walk-in shower and commode. The 2^nd bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed that has vibrantly colored bedding. The room has a single bedside table and a dresser. You can also hang your clothing in the double door closet with full-length mirrors. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a shower curtain enclosure, single sink vanity, and a toilet. The patio is a wonderful place to socialize with neighbors while you comment on the magnificent weather and surroundings. Invite your neighbors over for a sunset meal or have a happy hour party with margaritas. The possibilities are endless. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
