 You have chosen the Princessa de Penasco and a very wise decision you have made. All the views at the Princessa are out of this world. Some of the things you will enjoy when staying here are the crystal clear swimming pools, wading pool, heated Jacuzzi and several palapa shade covers. If you are into health and fitness you will really enjoy the fitness center in the middle of the complex. The resort also has its own sand volleyball court that is popular among the guests. The Casago reservations located in the back of the building is where you check in. Agave Cantina is a restaurant and bar on the property that has wonderful daily drink and dinner specials. You can even watch a football or basketball game on the TV’s. You will feel very safe at the Princessa because they have 24 hour security patrolling the grounds. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 5^th floor of the B Tower. This condo has an ocean view and occupancy for 4; 2 in each bedroom. The living room has a plush pillow top tan leather sofa and matching love seat. The room is also furnished with a birch wood and glass top coffee table with a matching end table and media cabinet. The media cabinet has a stereo, TV, VCR, DVD and many books and movies. You will never feel too removed from communication because you can surf the web on the high speed wireless internet connection or call back home on the Vonage phone line in the condo. You can get to the terrace through the living room. The dining room has a round birch wood table with seating for four people. The dining has a wall mounted art piece with a birch wood frame. The kitchen has white cabinets, ceramic tiled counter tops and black appliances. You will find everything you need to cook in the cupboards, drawers and pantry. You will only need to bring food, beverage and of course a bathing suit. The kitchen has a built in counter bar with four birch and metal bar stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a beech wood carved out head board and gold striped bedding. The room has to beech wood bed side tables with lamps and a dresser on the other wall. You can hang your clothing in either of the two small double door closets. Shoes and luggage can also be stored in the lower storage compartment beneath the window. The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with a toilet, shower and tub. The 2^nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with a high head board and colorful bedding. The room has a single bed side table and a dresser. The room also comes with a double door sliding closet and a window that looks down the tower hallway. The 2^nd bathroom is in the hallway and it has a walk in shower with a toilet and single sink vanity. The terrace views are out of this world. You can have a glass of wine and watch the tide roll in and out or just eat your dinner while listening to the sounds of the wave’s crash. You can watch the sunset from the terrace or head down to the beach and feel the sand between your toes. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with the luxury and comfort of this condo.
