Outdoor haven with hot tub, media room, scenic views - close to everything

This place is really peaceful my family love wake up every morning whit the natural sounds the house is located in good area close to grocery stores close to beach the area is peaceful I definitely came back to this place

No thought or attention to detail went in to the amenities or furnishings of this home. The grill was filthy and unusable, have pictures to prove this that were sent to property management on two seperate days and never resolved and never able to use grill after purchasing meat to bbq. All kitchen items were old and in extremely poor condition. Things you would throw away for your own home. Basic kitchen items were non-exsistent yet random items that no one would use were present in multiples. There was no cheese grater and not one casserole dish to bake with in the home, yet there were litterally 6 nutcrackers and 10 wine stoppers in the kitchen drawers (have pictures to validate this) Large number of spices that were all expired, some as far back as 2019 (Have pictures to validate). Oven mits were old, dirty and had holes in them (Have pictures to validate.) Only one cookie sheet to use with sides and it was so old and worn out it should have been thrown away (have pictures) Not one of the 3 bedrooms had a closet that guests could use to hang their clothes all bedroom closets were locked off from guests. Our clothes had to be hung in a utility closet next to dirty vaccuums and cleaning supplies (have pictures to validate). The washing machine leaked all over the floor, property management notified on two seperate days, pictures sent and never addressed. Bathroom outlet didn't work. No overhead lighting in any of the bedrooms. The property gives the impression that it is grossly neglected yet there are signs posted throughout with multiple rules that guests should abide by. I could go on and on. Not even talking about additional or extra amenities these are basic things that you wouldn't allow in your own home.
