When you’re looking for vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, or researching vacation rental property management companies, there are two surprising things you’ll discover about the city. One is how cheap the city is, and the other is how friendly the people are.<\/p>\n

How to get to Puerto Vallarta<\/h4>\n

Traveling to Puerto Vallarta is simple. The city has its own international airport, which means direct flights are often possible. There is a direct three-hour flight from Los Angeles to Puerto Vallarta, for example. Their airport, the Licenciado Gustavo D\u00edaz Ordaz International Airport, is small, clean and easy to navigate. Picking up your luggage and then catching a taxi to your hotel or vacation rental is a quick, easy process.<\/p>\n

Getting Around<\/h4>\n

The old town of Puerto Vallarta is small, so exploring it on foot is easy to do. But if you’re looking to venture out further, say to Marina Vallarta, you can opt for a taxi or select an Uber ride. Uber is a great option because you know how much you’ll pay before accepting the ride. In addition, Uber is generally cheaper than the taxi rates, except during peak times. Keep in mind, however, that Uber is available everywhere except in the Nuevo Vallarta area where many of the all-inclusive resorts are located.<\/p>\n

The people<\/h4>\n

When you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta, you’ll discover that the Mexican locals are very friendly. In fact, Mexican cities have been named the friendliest in the world.<\/a> If you’re looking for a restaurant and can’t find it, don’t hesitate to stop and ask a local. They’ll not only point it out, they may even walk you there and suggest other restaurants in the vicinity. If you speak Spanish, great. If you don’t, many of the locals speak English and can help you get by.<\/p>\n

Visiting Puerto Vallarta means warm beaches, cobbled streets, beautiful architecture and being immersed in a warm, friendly culture. It\u2019s such a great place to vacation that, after some time in this coastal town, you may even consider living there.<\/p>\n
