Upon entering you'll find yourself in the living room furnished with leather sleeper sofa, easy chair chest- ottoman and coffee table, arranged before a flat screen TV and surround sound system. To the right is the dining area furnished with triangular table and three chairs. The kitchen has rich wood cabinets, black appliances and all you'll need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals.
To the left is a small office located between the living room and bedroom, furnished with a desk and chair. Feel free to use the recreational items the owner has provided in the office closet. From baseball glove to yoga mat, feel free to explore and enjoy these extras.
Down a short corridor you'll find the full size washer and dryer closet and the main bath. The bathroom, with double sink vanity and tub/shower combo opens both to the hallway and directly to the bedroom.
The bedroom features a queen size bed, night stands and lamp situated in front of an ornamental fireplace.
Both the bedroom and living room open to airy patios. Both patios are furnished for your outdoor enjoyment and both look out to the quite central area with not a parking lot in site.
Just a short walk away is heated community pool area. This gated area houses the pool, hot tub, community grills and covered seating area.
On the far side of the Signature Community you'll find another community pool area and fitness center. The fitness center consists of fitness room , shower stalls and shared steam room and sauna.

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 1 bedroom has a $100 utility allowance per 30 days ($3.34/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $100 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
