The space:
•             Community: Compass Bay Resort, Kissimmee. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.
•             Less than a 10-minute ride from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (Travel times may vary due to traffic)
•             Location: Kilamey Way, Kissimmee, FL, 34746, US
•             Parking: The garage has space for 1 vehicle. Additional guests can park in the guest lot, which is first-come, first-served. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.

•             Check-out: 10:00 am
Access code will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

.   BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of cleaning)
·   Private outdoor hot tub ($110 required setup & sanitization fee, $35 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay.) Guests must prepay and make arrangements to use the Hot Tub prior to arrival. 
.   Pet-friendly property with a non-refundable pet fee of $135 per pet.
·   Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
o             1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
o             1 hand soap per bathroom
o             1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
o             1 sponge
o             1 dishwasher soap
o             1 paper towel in the kitchen
o             1 laundry detergent
o             1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. 
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
House rules and guidelines for your comfort:
HOT TUB: This property is equipped with a private outdoor Hot Tub which requires manual setup on the day of arrival. There is a $110 setup & Sanitization fee required. A $35 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay. Guests must prepay and make arrangements to use the Hot Tub prior to arrival. 
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Regarding any items left behind or packages delivered after your departure, please contact us within three days to inquire whether our cleaning staff found them. If located, you will have three days to provide a prepaid UPS shipping label (and a box or envelope, depending on the size of the item) via email so we can return your belongings. Please be aware that there will be a $30 handling fee. This fee is charged by the property management company to cover the cost of taking the package to a courier office.
Please note that if we do not receive the prepaid shipping label within the specified timeframe, the items will be discarded.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP -  Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please break down all cardboard boxes.  In addition, there’s also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.
