We will put a hold on your card in the amount of $200.00 (US DOLLARS) for the damage deposit. You may also leave this deposit in cash at the front desk. Deductions will be made for missing kitchen, linen, and decoration items as well as for property damage. \n \nCHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nCheck in is 4:00 PM. Calafia Airlines and Volaris. Direct flights from Tijuana, Alska Airlines direct flight from Los Angeles California and West Jet from Calgary Canada. The Airport is 8 miles away from Loreto Bay, and a taxi cost approximately $30 USD from the airport to Loreto Bay. You can also rent a car and drive to Loreto Bay <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> \n \n <\/p>\n\nTRANSPORTATION<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nLoreto bay and Casago Loreto Office are located around 8 miles from the Loreto international airport, It’s possible to drive to the property from the airport taking the Federal Highway 1 <\/span><\/span>south (turn left) from the airport entrance onto the highway (approx. 5 minutes) and drive past the first entrance (big colored sculptural arches) for another mile approx. to a second entrance (cow grated)-turn left down the paved boulevard and left again at the T junction (where you see the white Loreto Bay Inn across the street) and drive around 150 meters, on your left side you will see our office. Parking area is on the main street of Loreto bay but the parking is not designated. <\/span><\/span>RV's, Trailers, Jet Ski and sand rails are not allowed to be parked in the main street, those must be parked in the specified area by Security department<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n <\/b> \n \nOCCUPANCY<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nEach rental that we manage is designed to sleep a specific number of people. This number is noted on your paid confirmation notice. You will lose your damage deposit and be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental. 3 bedrooms (6 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 2 bedrooms (4 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 1 bedroom (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years in existing beds).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n.<\/span><\/span> \n \nPAYMENT<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nA fifty (50) percent down payment is required for the reservation and the last fifty (50) percent will be charge at the moment of the check in. If your reservation is within ten (10) business days of your arrival date, payment in full is required. We take credit card or cash only. We accept VISA & Master Card. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n \nCANCELATIONS<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nIf a cancelation is made more than 60 days before arrival date, there will be a cancelation fee of $100.00 USD. At that time, we will issue you a credit card refund of your reservation less the $100.00 USD cancelation fee which will show on your account between 5 to 6 business days. \nIf cancelation is made 60 or less days before arrival date, there will be no refunds. \nNo refunds for canceled holiday date reservations. \nPlease note: There are no refunds for early departures.<\/span><\/span> \n \nREBOOKING:<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nChanges to your reservation arrival and departure dates or the type of home rented can be made anytime up to 35 days in advance of your scheduled reservation arrival date for a $35.00 rebooking fee for each event. Fireworks are prohibited within 1 mile from the properties.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">No music or loud noise that might disturb owners and renters after 10:00 pm is allowed in order to preserve tranquility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Camping on the grounds of the Villas or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, towels or to organize games in the green areas or visible on the deck patios and railing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Room capacity, 3 bedrooms (6 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 2 bedrooms (4 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 1 bedroom (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years in existing beds). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\"> No additional persons are allowed to stay in the rental.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">When leaving villas, please be sure to lock the main door.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">The cleaning service will be provided after your check out of your unit. Cleaning supplies like toilet paper, soap, kitchen towels are only provided for the first 3 days, after that it is reasonability of the guest buy those for their use.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Please do not leave trash in hallways, place all trash in the designated trash areas, see the map we will give you at the time of the check in.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Please return all room keys upon checkout, to avoid a replacement key charge.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">RV's, Trailers, Jet Ski and sand rails are not allowed to be parked in the main street, those must be parked in the specified area by Security department.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Only registered persons staying at the Resort are allowed to use common areas such as swimming pool. These areas cannot be used after 10:00 pm. Rules are posted on the pools areas. The guest's visitors are not allowed to use the common areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Casago and Administration are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities such as the pools. Calafia Airlines and Volaris. Direct flights from Tijuana, Alska Airlines direct flight from Los Angeles California and West Jet from Calgary Canada. The Airport is 8 miles away from Loreto Bay, and a taxi cost approximately $30 USD from the airport to Loreto Bay. You can also rent a car and drive to Loreto Bay <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> \n \n <\/p>\n\nTRANSPORTATION<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nLoreto bay and Casago Loreto Office are located around 8 miles from the Loreto international airport, It’s possible to drive to the property from the airport taking the Federal Highway 1 <\/span><\/span>south (turn left) from the airport entrance onto the highway (approx. 5 minutes) and drive past the first entrance (big colored sculptural arches) for another mile approx. to a second entrance (cow grated)-turn left down the paved boulevard and left again at the T junction (where you see the white Loreto Bay Inn across the street) and drive around 150 meters, on your left side you will see our office. Parking area is on the main street of Loreto bay but the parking is not designated. <\/span><\/span>RV's, Trailers, Jet Ski and sand rails are not allowed to be parked in the main street, those must be parked in the specified area by Security department<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n <\/b> \n \nOCCUPANCY<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nEach rental that we manage is designed to sleep a specific number of people. This number is noted on your paid confirmation notice. You will lose your damage deposit and be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental. 3 bedrooms (6 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 2 bedrooms (4 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 1 bedroom (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years in existing beds).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n.<\/span><\/span> \n \nPAYMENT<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nA fifty (50) percent down payment is required for the reservation and the last fifty (50) percent will be charge at the moment of the check in. If your reservation is within ten (10) business days of your arrival date, payment in full is required. We take credit card or cash only. We accept VISA & Master Card. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n \nCANCELATIONS<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nIf a cancelation is made more than 60 days before arrival date, there will be a cancelation fee of $100.00 USD. At that time, we will issue you a credit card refund of your reservation less the $100.00 USD cancelation fee which will show on your account between 5 to 6 business days. \nIf cancelation is made 60 or less days before arrival date, there will be no refunds. \nNo refunds for canceled holiday date reservations. \nPlease note: There are no refunds for early departures.<\/span><\/span> \n \nREBOOKING:<\/span><\/span><\/b> \n \nChanges to your reservation arrival and departure dates or the type of home rented can be made anytime up to 35 days in advance of your scheduled reservation arrival date for a $35.00 rebooking fee for each event. Fireworks are prohibited within 1 mile from the properties.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">No music or loud noise that might disturb owners and renters after 10:00 pm is allowed in order to preserve tranquility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Camping on the grounds of the Villas or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, towels or to organize games in the green areas or visible on the deck patios and railing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Room capacity, 3 bedrooms (6 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 2 bedrooms (4 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 1 bedroom (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years in existing beds). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\"> No additional persons are allowed to stay in the rental.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">When leaving villas, please be sure to lock the main door.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">The cleaning service will be provided after your check out of your unit. Cleaning supplies like toilet paper, soap, kitchen towels are only provided for the first 3 days, after that it is reasonability of the guest buy those for their use.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Please do not leave trash in hallways, place all trash in the designated trash areas, see the map we will give you at the time of the check in.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Please return all room keys upon checkout, to avoid a replacement key charge.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">RV's, Trailers, Jet Ski and sand rails are not allowed to be parked in the main street, those must be parked in the specified area by Security department.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Only registered persons staying at the Resort are allowed to use common areas such as swimming pool. These areas cannot be used after 10:00 pm. Rules are posted on the pools areas. The guest's visitors are not allowed to use the common areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Casago and Administration are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities such as the pools. Security will be informed about your stay and they will have the names of the guests staying with you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">No pets are allowed at the pool.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Casago and Administration are not responsible for items left in the condominium please be sure to lock the units.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">The beach area is not our direct responsibility. We are not responsible for articles forgotten or left in the beach area.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">In case of an emergency after Casago office hours please call us to 613 117 0275 Mexican cell phone or refer to security office for assistance and they will call us.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Children must be under adult supervision around pool, beach and common areas at all times. There are no life guards on duty.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Hanging any sort of clothes or towels on terrace rails is prohibited.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Swimming suits only are allowed in pools. Street clothes are prohibited in the pools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:8.0pt; text-align:justify; margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">Smoking is not permitted in any unit. Out of respect of other guests, smoking in pools or shower areas is not permitted.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt\">A letter with the HOA rules will be provided at check-in.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nACKNOWLEDGEMENT \nI have read and understand these rules and regulations, I acknowledge that breaking these rules may cause the loss of any remaining time in the rental unit and the loss of my payment.
