Located on the peaceful west end just 2 1/2 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores, our home is situated on the narrow peninsula between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. Enjoy the simple tranquility at the Lagoon or take a quick 5-minute walk and immerse yourself in the glistening wonder of the gorgeous Gulf Coast beaches. Take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from any one of the four incredible balconies.
Pelican Pass has plenty of space for a larger group. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, sleeps 12-17 people comfortably. It provides spaces for quiet reflection as well as spaces where everyone can get together to eat, watch a movie, or just hang out together. Each room is thoughtfully decorated to add to your vacation experience. Under the house, you have a completely covered, outside area perfect for grilling, playing games, or just gathering with loved ones for great conversation. There is also access to an inlet from Little Lagoon.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 17 people.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to plan your meals, just as you would at home. Stainless steel appliances, including a glass cook-top range and dishwasher, make cooking and cleanup a breeze, so you can enjoy more time gathering with friends and family over delicious home-cooked meals. Brew a pot of coffee for the group in the standard coffee maker or enjoy a morning cup of your favorite brew from the Keurig. A modern air fryer is available for the convenience of quick meals and warming leftovers. Don't forget your favorite pantry items. There is plenty of cabinet and pantry space to store your culinary treasures. A washer and dryer are available to help you keep up with laundry during your stay.
With 5 televisions and wireless internet throughout the home, you can stay connected to your inbox, catch all your favorite podcasts, and enjoy movie time with the family. There is also a fishing dock two doors down as well as a sandy swimming area. Bring your kayak. The house is on an inlet that leads to Little Lagoon. Walk right out the back door and put in!
**Please note, we allow up to 2 pets. The pet fee is $250.00. We do not allow aggressive breeds of any kind. Violators will be subject to eviction without notice or refund.**

All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.
IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
